Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This includes:

Shipping address changes
Product variant, size, or color changes
Order cancellation

Once your order has entered production, processing, or shipment, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Cancellation requests are typically processed within a few business days, and confirmation will be sent via email.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order (or the final item in your order, if shipped separately).

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error made by VietmadeHomeArt, customers are responsible for:

Paying all return shipping costs
Covering any applicable customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees related to the return shipment

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may:

Send a replacement item
Offer a partial or full refund
Reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (if applicable)

Lost Orders

If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will:
